Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Thanks for your query on HealthCareMagic.

We would have liked to know the age of Ved and during which period of the day does he cough most. What were his total and differential counts like. Based on the counts a decision for or against an antibiotic would have been better. We suggest that you continue the medication that has been started before changing medicines. You can give him a cough syrup.

Wishing Ved an early recovery.

Regards,

RKK
