Child Has Done LFT. Need To Analyse Results

hi just had a LFT done for a newborn which is 8 days old,need to analyse the results, LIVER FUNCTION TEST TOTAL PROTEIN 6.8 g/dl ALBUMIN , SERUM 3.5 g/dl GLOBULIN 3.3 g/dl A/G RATIO 1.1 BILIRUBIN TOTAL 14.4 mg/dl BILIRUBIN DIRECT 0.525 mg/dl BILIRUBIN INDIRECT 13.875 mg/dl SGOT 44 IU/L SGPT 15 IU/L ALKALINE PHOSPHATASE , ALP 206 IU/L GAMMA GT (GGT) 93 IU/L

hi ,
LFT is suggestive of neonatal Jaundice.U have not mentioned the weight of this baby.if this a term baby with weight more than 3 kg then this Juandice is physiological which will start disappearing in few days and by 15 days it will clear off. however if the weight is really low then it's better for a pediatrician to assess him becoz it might be exaggerated physiological Juandice which might require phototherapy .
