Child Has Fever, Bumps On Face, Chest, Back, Not Itchy

my daughter had a fever over weekend, now she has these little bumps all over face, chest, and back. They are barely visible and not itchy. Last night in shower, one pimple like thing broke open and oozed a little, this morning it was dried up a little. There seems to be these little bumps near it that are more visible.
