Child Has Head Injury, Eye Swelling, Bruising, Lump On Eyebrow. Broken Bones?

Hello, my grandson fell and cracked his head so hard on his eyebrow in the edge of a table. That was 3 weeks ago . It had a lot of swelling on that eye and alot of bruising all over that eye and the other eye. As it is all going away, there is a specific lump that has appeared on his eyebrow. About the size of a pencil eraser... Not the square shape of course, but the size. Has he broken the bone where his eyebrow is? Thank you

Hi thanks for the question. Since the child s swelling around the eye is coming down that lump might be because of blood clot which also resolves in 6 weeks time. But if child still have pain on touching it then underlying fracture might be there. So consult your doctor if he suggests any x ray to look at it but treatment wise no change required.
