Child Has High Thyroglobulin And Antibodies. Family History Of Hashimoto's Disease. Dangerous?

I am a 53 yr old women who was dx with hoshimoto. I just took my daughter for a blood test to see if she may have it too and I was told her thyroglobuling is high in the 300 and antibodies are high as well. Is this indicative of Hoshimoto.
I will be taking her to an endocrinolgist to examine.
thx
is it dangerous to have this at such a young age
i would like to treat it holistically
without her having to go on synthroid

Hello
Thank you for placing your query on Health Care Magic
The results you tell can indicate Hashimotos disease. And it can run in families. Your endocrinologist will confirm the diagnosis. But if turns out to be Hashimotos then your daughter will need thyroid supplements. And whatever method of treatment you follow i strongly suggest that you should ignore the thyroid medicines. They are harmless and extremely essential. Not taking them can lead to a lot of complications. So i suggest that thyroid medicines should form an integral part of your holistic treatment.
Hope that helps
God bless you
