Child Has Loose Motion. Prescribed Anafortan Oflomatc. Normal?

Hi Doctor,
My 3 months baby girl got loose motions last week, we went to doctor and had medecienes "Anafortan oflomatc-m, zinc dry powder for suspension".
Still my baby has loose motions 10-12 times in a day, is this normal?
Can you please advice.
But baby does not have physical weekness.

Thanks for your query.
Your baby is having diarrhea which is mostly viral in nature and settles in few days.
Continue with medication as advised.
Most important is to maintain and monitor hydration status.
give breast feed more frequently,you can also give oral rehydration solution after each loose stool.
watch for urine output/lethargy/refusal of feed and in case you observe any get her re evaluated by pediatrician.
