Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Thank you for your query on Healthcare Magic.

What is her age?

She looks having gastroenteritis mostly due to a virus or bacteria.

Give her stool sample for routine, microscopy, and culture to look for infection.

Oral probiotic and oral rehydration solutions to be given to restore gut flora and hydration.

If the pain is persisting, ultrasound to be done with doctor advise.

If stool examination is suggestive of bacterial infection, a course of antibiotic is required.

So consult the pediatrician for reassessment and management.

Hope I have answered your query.

Regards.
