Child Has White, Solid, Painless Growth On Underside Of Tongue. Any Ideas?

Hi there,
My 4.5 year old daughter has a growth on the underside of her tongue, right at the tip and directly in the middle. We noticed it as a little bubble a few weeks ago and thought nothing of it, however we have noticed that it has grown twice its original size. It is white and feels pretty solid, like extra skin sort of, and is not painful to her at all. Any ideas what it could be?
