Child Has White Spots On Nose That's Getting Worse. She Keeps Popping Them. Treatment?

Hi, when I had my daughter (three years ago) I was told the white spots on my daughters nose were milk spots and would go away within 4 weeks. Three years on, they seem to be getting worse. And she s started popping them when she s bored? A little white string of something comes out, and this would seem like there s something in these little white pores? Any idea what to do? Thanks
