Child Have Cold, Blocked Nose And Cough

My child 4 months 6.9 kgs has been having mild cold from past 1 week as all kids have during winter to summer transition but last night all of a sudden he started coughing badly , nose blocked and congestion though during the day he was very playful , I have never heard him cough repeatedly this was really bad , doc has proscribed for 5 data tminic .3mg 3 times/day , levolin 1.5 mg 3 times /day and nasal drops when nose blocked is it ok ?

Hallo . Thank you for asking this question . Usually babies have , at this stage , viral infection . So symptomatic treatment is require . Tminic is a good decongestive medicine .
