Child Have High Heart Rate Been A Faddy Eater

my son is 12 years old and has a heart rate of 104 and blood pressure is108 over 74 , he is a faddy eater and eats birds eye sf chicken breasts most days with chips and gags at other meat and also with fruit and veg , he has a real food phobia , he eats cereals and likes milk . tryig to cut down on his salt and sugar intake too he loves fizzy drinks . I am so worried as he is so stubborn
