Child Have Round Bruise Around The Cheek Area. No Medication Till Now. What Could Be Causing This?
Hi, I've noticed that in the last few months, my 7 year old daughter seems to be developping what looks like a little round bruise around her cheek area. It doesn't have the normal pattern of a bruise. Hers remains dark blue until it eventually fades away. She doesn't recall falling or hitting herself. What could be causing this?

As You have described the lesion in the cheeks. one may think of Vit K deficiency.
simple and with out side effect treatment is that,he may be given sigle shot of10 mg I/M inj Of Vit K available easily in the market.
