Dear customer,

The presence of bumps underwarms may be due to the bacterial infection and should be treated with suitable local application of antibiotic ointment and in some cases oral antibiotics as well.

Yoo should have the physical examination by the dermatologist done to know the underlying cause and start the treatment accordingly.

The use of deodrant may be avoided for the time being as there may also be chances of its allergy happening to her.

The commonly used antibiotic ointments are saframycin, betadiene etc

Thank you!
