Child Having Gland On Neck, Hurts, Given Motrin. Should I Take Her To Doctor?

My 9 years old daughter have a gland on her neck, she complaint that it was hurt. I gave her Motrin before sleep at night and in the morning. After school she said its getting better. My question here is, do I have to take her to the doctor for check ? Please advise. Thanks

If the pain resolves, you don't have to be examined. However, if it persists, I recommend getting it checked out.
