Child Having Green Colored Motion. Keeps Licking Floor. Treatment?

Hello Doctor, My baby is 1.2 yrs old. Since yesterday, his motion is green and little bit white in color. Thinking his stomach got upset, myself has reduced his food intake. Anyways, he has also reduced his normal quantity intake for 2-3 days. Main thing is that these days he is licking the floor frequently. pls suggest any medicine to use for his motions be normal and to eat properly. Thanks Supriya
