Hi,I had through query and understand your concern.

Probably your child has been suffering from amoebic dysentery which needs to be treated with antiprotozoal drugs like metronidazole/tinidazole etc .

So my suggestion is:Please meet your local doctor and get a stool R/M/E report to confirm the diagnosis and get treated accordingly.

In the mean time, continue oral rehydration solution (ORS) after each loose motion to correct water and electrolytes loss.

Hope this helps you.If you have additional questions or follow up queries, please do not hesitate in writing us.

Wish your child good health.
