Child Having Loose Stool. What Do You Recommend?

Good day doctor. My 3.5 y/o daughter's stool has been loose for the past 6-7 days. She's showing no other symptom. Her appetite is normal and everything is fine.

Lab result shows the ff.:
Color: Brown
Consistency: Soft with mucus
RBC: 1-4/HPF
PUS Cell: 2-4/HPF
E. Histolytica (Cyst): 1-3/HPF

Please advise. Thank you very much.

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for your query.
I suggest you to maintain hydration by giving sips of oral rehydration solution after each loose stool.
Also give buttermilk,curd,lemonade,rice porridge,boiled potato,banana.
Give probiotic for 3 to 4 days.
In case symptoms persist get her evaluated by pediatrician as course of antibiotic will be needed in that case.
Hope this helps.
Take care...
