General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* The stomach pain with vomiting after pizza intake suggests intestine infection.
* Primary care of vomiting control with antiemetic syrup or dispersible tablet containing ondansetron is mandatory.
* Once the vomiting is stopped, you can offer antibiotic powergyl and analgesic as dicyclomine or else.
* Addition of zinc suspension can aid in faster recovery with oral rehydration salt.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
