Child Passing Semi Solid Stools, Foul Smelling. Start Probiotic?

My daughter is 2 and a half year old and she passes semisolid stools which is a bit foul smelling and pale in color twice or thrice a day for the past 1week. She drinks only milk about 750ml a day. She doesn't like any solid foods. what can I do should I start any probiotic or some anti amebic or should I stop milk? I would glad if u reply sir. Thank u.

first of all ideally by two and a half years of age your daughter should be eating whatever its being eaten in your family.you can start by adding good food in her diet.if she still cant then atleast start with some good nutrient adjunctives.
and regarding the infection you can try showing to the doctor as he will able to asses the exrtent of dehyhdration and will be anle to prescribe you the right plan.
