Child Suffering From Cough And Fever, Micoplasma Positive, Took Antibiotic Klacid, No Relief. What To Do?

My 4years doughter is suffering from coughand fever 3weeks before and show to doctor micoplasma checked it was positive titer so antibiotic klacid given for 7days and nebulization started atrovent and pulmicort and sigulair tablet started for 2 months . then she was ok after start treatment now 2days again she started cold with cough and night time is incresing she is not sleep i given nebulization with atrovent but still coughing after i repeat pulmicort nebulization so what i will do now please give me answer iam so worried

Hello,

by history your daughter is suffering from Hyperreactive airway disease.
This might have been caused by repeated respiratory tract infections or due to any intrinsic or extrinsic factors like allergens.
It is a viscous cycle.
So your daughter is prone for repeated episodes.
Avoid anything which triggers the episode.
Avoid cold humid conditions.
Provide good ventilation at the living area.
Follow the medications regularly advised by your doctor,
