Child Suffering From Frequent Cough, Cold. Giving Dezacor, Zyrcold, AB Phyline. Are They Safe Medicines?

hi, my baby is 10 months old. she is 9.8 kgs weight has being having cold and cough quite frequently. now i am giving { Dezacor (Deflazacort oral suspension 6 mg) , ZyrCold (cetirizine and ambroxol hydrochloride syrup) ,AB Phyline (Acebrophyline syrup)
Please let me know if this medicine is safe and is the right recommendation

hi,
your dezacor is not safe to give on long term, unless your baby is suffering from asthma, even other two are to be given only during acute stage.

zyrcold is safe. AB phyline can be given only if wheezing noise is heard, and to be given small dose, but better to be avoided.
