Child Taking Concerta, Fluoxetine For ADHD. Has Behavioral Disorders, Obsessive Eating. Help

My son of 15 years old suffers from severe ADHD the medication he is taking is Concerta 90mg fluoxetine 40mg and aripiprazole 2.5mg. His concentration is under control and His IQ is ok But he has obsessive eating and growing by the week also he has no self-control (takes away from other people etc.) he also has problems socialising with people. He has behaviour disorders although he does have behavioural therapy and psychiatric care. He has not Belmia nor does he have Fradder-willie.
I am sure there is a lot more to be done or try, Can anyone please help me I would be very very grateful
