Child Taking Zenocin And Ceftas For Typhoid. On Crocin For Fever. Is The Treatment Correct? Need Diet Advice

MY SON SUFFERED FROM TYPHOID AND WAS GIVEN ZENOCIN 200 AND CEFTAS 400. HE RECOVERED FROM TYPHOID ON 3.9.2012. NOW, AGAIN ON 14.9.2012 HE DEVELOPED FEVER AND ON 18.9.2012 HE WAS AGAIN DIAGNOSED FOR TYPHOID WITH S.G.O.T LEVEL OF 63 AND S.G.P.T LEVEL OF 32. DOCTOR HAS AGAIN PRESCRIBED ZENOCIN 200 AND CEFTAS 400 FOR 5 DAYS. WOULD YOU PLEASE TELL IF THE TREATMENTIS ON THE RIGHT TRACK AND ALSO DIET TO COMBAT HIGH LEVEL OF S.G.O.T. HIS FEVER IS GOING UPTO 103 AND WE ARE GIVING HIM CROCIN TABLET FOR FEVER.WOULD YOU PLEASE TELL ,MAXIMUM NO. OF CROCIN TABLETS THAT CAN BE GIVEN IN A DAY TO CONTROL FEVER

there is now a days days ban on moretan 1gm per day
paracetamol also effects liver
get the platelet counts it is important and urgent
for liver you have to be oil free foods diets and no oily greesy things to be applied on skin
for typhoid you can give cefixim 400 mgm twice a day for 21 days
meftal 250 sos for fever
cap moza plus in the morning
tab cleritin once a day
warm water 2 glasses in the morning and before sleep
get platelets and ask again
