Child, Throwing Up And Coughing After Taking Antibiotics For Ear Infection. Allergy?

I think my child is allergic to a certain type of antibiotic. she was taking the antibiotic for an ear infection. it was almost a week of taking the meds and she started throwing up and coughing so hard that she couldn't catch her breath. is her allergic to the antibiotic?

an allergy to manifest its mostly on the first exposure.
throwing up is normally now how the allergy manifest. but yes it can as well.
normally children are a little cranky when they have to take these antibiotics.
if still you think that it might be an allergy you can always change your antibiotic and see for the change in your child.
can u please tell which antibiotic is she currently taking and how's her current condition so we can prescribe accordingly.
