Child With Cold And Cough, Clear Lungs. Giving T-minin And Mucolite Drops Is Safe?

my son is 7 and half months old, weighs 8kgs has cold and cough since 1 week and started on t-minin drops, o.7 ml twice daily from past 5 days and mucolite drops 0.7ml twice daily from past 3 days, but still the cold and cough persists.., his lungs seems to be clear as said by the doctor 2days back.., is it safe to continue these 2 drops for couple of more days, till his cold and cough is completely gone.

Cold and cough may require some more time to completely subside.

Consult your pediatrician again if the cough is not subsiding for the examination of throat and lungs.
