Child With Constipation. Enema Given. Not Eating Or Drinking. What To Do?

My 4 year old son is constipated and after an eneima last night has had several minor bowel movements. He popped back to his old personality last night, but this morning he is lethargic and states his stomach hurts. Calls into the pedi, and they have asked us to repeat enema this morning. he is not interested in drinking or eating. He is sleeping now - very unusual behavior for him. feedback is appreciated.
