Child With Fever, Fell From Stroller Week Back. Should I Go To ER?

My 7 months old going to 8 nextweek is having a fever after last night shes been massage hilot ,, because a week before my baby fall from stroller , actually i didnt seem how she fall just i saw my baby in prone position, her stroller dont have seat belt, after that she cry a bit then playing after, but sometimes shes crying when shes moving but not all the tym, shes having 38. 2

Hi,namaste and thank you for your interest in HCM.As your 7 month old baby fell from stroller and now the temp.is 38.2 ,first of all give simple Paracetamol @ 15mg/kg body weight orally and then take her to a Pediatrician for complete clinical examination to rule out any sprains,contusions etc.other wise the fever may be due to URI which will subside with in 3-5 days.
