Child With Morning Dizziness. Tested Diabetes. Suggestion?

Hi there, my 7yr old son has mentioned being dizzy many times. Often being when he first wakes up. He has a very high pain tolerance and with that said it worries me that something else may be wrong but he doesn t realize it. I have had him checked for diabetes twice because he is thirsty all the time and uses the restroom more frequently than seems normal. Any suggestions?

hi
i understand your concern

dizziness in morning and few other times.

few tests need to be done- BP of the child, vision testing, fundus examination, hemogram, these are few baseline tests . possible causes- anaemia, poor vision, hypertension.
these need to be ruled out.
DM presenting like this is unlikely. frequent urination check how thirsty he is ? how much water he drinks? if he is dehydrated? this could lead to dizziness
get all these tests done let me know the results
take care
