Child With Vomiting And Green Watery Diarrhoea, Teeth Hurting. Is This Due To Teething?
My two year old nephew vomited a few times on Saturday and had green watery diarrhea once a day since. He is complaining of his teeth hurting him. Could all of this be from teething? He always had watery diarrhea whe he was younger and teething? If this is the stomach bug, is he still contagious as he is visiting my home tomorrow and I have a 1 year old daughter who I do not want to get sick.

This child looks like having gastroenteritis which may be caused by a stomach bug.
It is not related to his teething.
The stomach bud may be contagious to the others by contact, oral route if proper and hygeinic precautions are not taken.
Proper handwash will prevent this type of infections from spreading from one to another.
