Chronic Constipation, Poor Peristaltic Movement, Sluggish Muscle Function. Colonoscopy Done. Taken Dulcolax, Paraffin, Aristozyme, Gudlaxplus. Treatment?

I am Mr BVAK Murthy,76 having chronic constipation over6 yrs. Past I tried Dulcolax, Paraffin liquid, Isabagul, Naturolax, Triphala, separately-Ate raw cucumber, juice of leafy vegetables,Sonamukhi leaf, Gave good result for3-4 months and then back to problem one. I had colonoscopy ,found clear Colon. I am a vegetarian. I was told I may have poor peristolic movement and sluggish muscle function,problems of aged. Now I am using running water from tap&flex plastic pipe juxtaposed to anus is giving satisfactory result to remove stool from rectum .( Dehydration even after 3lit.water causing stool not reaching rectum properly) Along with this process Iam taking Aristozyme and Gudlaxplus syrup(mankind) - is giving satisfactory result. Can I continue-what else?
