Chronic Diarrhea, Not Able To Digest Food. Lump In The Groin. What Is Happening?

Hi there, I have had chronic diarrehea for months now and I am alo not digesting the food...it goes straight out. I also have just found a lump in my groin yesterday which is really tender. I am a 45 year old woman. I work night shift 5 nights a week (get to bed at 2.30am each morning) and am up by 8 to get kids ready for school.

do your stools routine test and sos colonoscopy.
it may just be an infectious diarrhoea.
donot eat anything uncooked outside the house.
try to get some sleep in the afternoon to make-up for your quota of sleep.
the lump in groin may be a lymph node and may go away after a few antibiotic course prescribed by your colorectal surgeon or a general surgeon. You should get examined by these specialits first rather than jumping on trial and error method of self medication which can be very harmful.
take care
wish you good health
