Chronic Diarrhea, Unexplained Bruising, Fatigue, No Appetite, Lower Back Pain

I have had chronic diarrhea, occasionally black for about 2 months now, I also have unexplaned bruising all over my body, and constant fatigue I woke up this morning with 2 round dark purple bruises on each side of my stromach, one which has a lump under it. I have had no appetite for weeks now, but are not loosing weight, today I woke with a very dull painful lower back ache.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, it appears to be the allergic colitis, might be amoebic or to some foods. I advise you to consult a gastroenterologist, for diagnosis and treatment.
I to my patients with such symptoms prescribe ofloxacin, ornidazole, and ranitidine.
Avoid taking milk and milk products, glutin containing foods like wheat, and barley, though not specific you can try avoiding them. Thank you.
