Circular Dry Patches On Skin With A White Edge, Spreading All Over. Solution?

i have circular dry patches . It started with just one on my calf , but now over the last month or so, I have more. One on my front side shoulder, lower back, other calf, and most recently, 2 on my forearm . The dry spots are circular and red with a white edge. I think the most recent looked like a pimple first, which I ve never seen on my forearm?????
