Circular Red Dot On Forearm, Smaller In Size. Any Ideas?

Hi i have a circular red dot on my forearm, its smaller than a dime, uhm. im not really sure how to describe its size, but its red & it looks like a burn, and it hasnt gone away. its been there for like 3-4 months now, and it doesnt itch, it hasnt gotten any bigger or smaller. its just there and i dont know what it is...

Hi, You have circular red dot on fore arm, looks like burn, since four months, no itching.
it appears to be the insect bite, it may go away as the time lapses with withering of the epithelium of skin.
i to my patients with such mark prescribe steroid with salicilic acid combination ointment. If it is increasing in size you can consult a dermatologist for treatment. Thank you.
