Clear Fluid Discharge From Erect Penis Within 20 Seconds Followed By Weak Erection. Help

hi doctor when my penis gets erect some clear fluid starts coming from it with in 10 to 20 second no matter penis get full erect or less erect and after fluid come out my erection gets weak and its take little bit time to again fully ercet. My partner wana suck my penis but she always get angry coz in this case she can not suck it.. plz tell me the cure plzz thanks

Hello,
What you describe as a clear fluid being secreted soon after erection is the lubricating secretion to facilitate the intercourse and you should not worry about it. This is perfectly normal. The lack of continuous erection may be because of lack of stimulation and if your partner performs oral sex on you, you should be able to get an erection normally. If despite of that you cant have a sustained erection during intercourse the reasons can be performance anxiety for sex, smoking, stressful lifestyle etc. Get your sugar levels checked and if you are taking any drugs look if they have any effect on your erection.
