Clear Penile Discharge After Urination. Had Unprotected Anal Sex. Negative Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, Syphilis Test

Hey I have a clear discharge from my penis I had unprotected sex 3 years ago with a virgin it was anal sex and i have a clear discharge from my penis after URINATION for like 5 to 10 mins and then it will be gone I tested negative on gonorrhea and chlamydia and syphilis soo what is the cause of the discharge ? ( it's allways clear not milky or dark ) thanks

How long you are having this problem?
Had your discharge examined under microscope?

If it persists since three years (after your unprotected exposure), then it could be a sexually transmitted disease. If the discharge contains more than 5 pus cells per high power field it could be due urethritis other than Gonorrhea and Chlamydia. It could be due to mycoplasma or ureaplasma urealyticm infection or Trichomonas infestation.

If there is no pus cells and had no relation to your exposure then it could be nothing but a physiological precum or pre-ejculatory fluid. It is normal on excitement and sexual stimulation and helps to clean the urethra and the safe passage of sperms into vagina.
Nothing to worry about the same.
Consult a sexual disease specialist and have your investigations and examination and get treated.
