Click In The Head Accommpanied With Numbness On One Side Of The Face, Arm, Blurry Vision. Mild Stroke?
A while ago at night I felt a small click in my head accompanied with nubness on 1/2 of my face and numness down my arm my vision was slightly blurred in my eye on the same side. I was wondering if this was a mild stroke . A couple of days later when I went to a clinic for another reason, they took my blood pressure and said it high and that I could have a stoke.

Numbness on one half of the face and arm accompanied with blurred vision could be the symptoms of brain stroke. As you suspect, it could be a minor stroke, also referred to as transient ischemic attack. You need to consult a neurologist to determine the risk factors for stroke (in addition to high blood pressure, if any). Also, you may require to start antiplatelet drug (such as aspirin) and statins to reduce the future risk of stroke.
