Clotting Of Blood, Bleeding From Toe, Possible Hemophilia. Treatment?

Hi Sree,

This is Bhanu, My dad has a problem with clotting of blood. he got hurt, and when it was about to get healed. but now bleeding started from his toe, I am a bit worried. Looks to be hemophilia,not sure though. Please can you suggest me a good doctor who cares on results than money and can provide a best treatment?
