Cluster Of Bumps Near Perineum. Have History Of Foliclitis, Treated With Benzoyl Peroxide. What Could This Indicate?

I have recently had a bout of Foliclitis in the past month in the area around my vagina. I've used benzoyl peroxide to clear it up. I had sex with my partner last week and ever since I've been sore in the perenium area. Now I have what looks like a cluster of bumps. What could this be? My last STD work up was in October and came back clean. These bumps do not itch just are sore.

Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Cluster of bumps which are typically present in and around genitalia suggest genital herpes. These bumps are fluid filled and sore to touch. These heal without scarring within 15-30 days. This is also one of the common sexually transmitted infections. I suggest you get yourself screened for herpes at an STD clinic nearby you. Thanks.
