Cold Palms And Feet, Dizziness, Nausea, Sick Feeling, Migraine. What Could Be This?

Hello,
I've been very sick feeling, cold palms and feet, shaky, dizziness, naseau, etc..., checked my blood pressure it was 117/79, checked blood sugar before lunch it was 83, after lunch it was 104.... Cant figure out whats wrong and also to go along with all of these symptoms I have a migrane almost everyday and sick feeling in my head

Hello,
The symptoms you have are not always due to migraine and I advice you to have hemoglobin and thyroid profile tests done to rule out anemia and any other thyroid diseases like hypothyroidism. And for migraine you need to take prophylaxis for 2-3 months with any betablocker like propranolol or antiepileptic like topiramate.Hope you will find the solution soon after the tests mention done.Thank you.
