Concerned About Patchy Brown Colour Around Vagina With Lumps, Advice

Hi, I rather worried that the area immediately around my vagina has turned a patchy brownish colour with a couple of little lumps a bumps, I don't remeber it being this way before, should I be concerned I am 38 and have had 2 children.
