Congestion And Wheezing, Distress And Paranoia. Has Automobile Accident Caused Lung Problems?

I was in a car accident tonight, not a very bad one. I had my three week old with me. She seems slightly congested and wheezy but not distressed. She had eaten twice since. She was also fed with a bottle for the first time today also. I guess I am being paranoid, what are the odds of the car accident causing any sort of lung issues. She was strapped and secured properly in her car seat.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
If the baby has no direct impact on the chest, or nose, the congestion may be due to the cold effect, but may not be due to the injury(jerk)
What ever may be the reason, i advise you to consult a pediatrician for diagnosis and treatment.
The possibility of lung issues due to the accident are very less.
Wishing for a quick recovery. Thank you.
