Hi there ~ I understand your concerns. Congestive heart failure, high blood pressure and cardiac arrhythmia are all symptoms of overuse or dependence on marijuana. However you might also want to check whether you marijuana is laced with another substance, as this is usually the case and more likely to cause your symptoms. I believe that the pain may be relieved by medical marijuana as well as the neuropathy.
