Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Ciprofloxacine is quite safe antibiotic. However it is not a good idea to take it without consulting your doctor. Its because you do not know if your stomach pain is caused by bacterial infection. And only in case of bacterial infection, Ciprofloxacine will be effective.
But your pain can be caused by stomach irritation, peptic ulcer, gallstones, pancreas inflammation. Food poisoning caused by bacterial infection would give diarrhea at first associated with vomiting.

I suggest you to visit your doctor and discuss antibiotic intake. You should have abdominal ultrasound, blood work, liver tests and amylase checked. Gastroscopy should be also considered.

In a meanwhile, please avoid fatty foods, fried foods, spicy foods, alcohol and coffee.

Hope this will help.
Regards.
