Constant Feeling Of Clogged Area Between Throat And Nose. No Sinus Problem. Any Ideas?

For about six months I have constantly (every few seconds) had to clear the area between my throat and nose. I say between the two because I can breath fine, it's not my nose, but I'm not clearing my throat either. I feel like it's constantly clogged in the space between the two areas. It began suddenly and has not gone away since. I have not seen a doctor about it but am tired of people asking me why I am doing it ( I do not have sinus problems)

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello, thank you for communicating with us for your problem. As per the brief history you have given us it seems that you have hawking and you have chronic pharyngitis which may be secondary to chronic sinusitis. you can take anti histaminics at bed time for a week. But still I would suggest you to consult the Specialist as on examination the findings may be different and line of treatment may have to be changed. Please don’t hesitate to consult and ask for any more queries. I will be pleased to answer.
With best wishes for a speedy cure
