Constant Feeling Of Urination After Abusive, Lengthy Masturbation. Any Nerve/tissue Damage?
Hi Doctor:
I an having a sensation of constant/always urination; with a weired senation in peline urethera and penile head.
This situtation occurs after i did abusive/lengthy masturbation 2 weeks ago.
After masterbation or having intercource with my wife it used to come for only 2 - 3 hours and after sleep in the morning used to feel alright.
But due to a lenghty/abusing masterbation session two weeks ago feeling of urination have become constant and not going away; Have i done some nerve/tissue damange?
I have not done any intercource or masterbation for last 5 days nut no improvements.
Dr did my blood and URINE test and renal Ultrasound; but everything is alright.
How can i help myself to manage these symptoms so that they won't come back again.

This type of sensations usually occurs due to passage of semen inside urethra.
Otherwise there might be injury ( cut,abrasion ) on tip of urethra and it gives
Feeling of urination.
All reports are normal than no need to worry.
You can take simple nsaid to subside any inflammation.
Drink more water.
Keep proper local hygiene.
Keep in touch with your doctor.
