Hello gglennjayne,

Welcome to the forum. It seems it has been long since you are suffering from headache. Since you are getting dizzy it is important for you to consult a doctor. You also have a history of fall and injury to your head. You need to get some blood tests, CT Scan and if needed an MRI done. You may be getting dizzy because of anemia and general weakness. Eat well balanced, iron rich substantial food.

Since you are having memory loss your doctor needs to examine you physically also. Memory problems can arise because of tumours, some injury in the brain brain tissues, growth, concussions (trauma of the head without bleeding ), seizures, high tension oi CSF ( cerebrospinal fluid) etc. If you neglect you may get hypertensive or even get hypothyroid. Hypothyroidism is another cause of short memory loss. Get diagnosed first.

Headaches can also arise due to incomplete sleep, stress and tension, dehydrated system of your body, frequent constipation problems, etc. Sleep well, get stress free, drink plenty of water, take fiber rich diet to keep bowels clean. Take heed of all these factors while you are under consultation of your doctor. Have a good day, take care.
