Constant Nose Cracks, Head And Face Full With Fluid. Done Different Treatments, No Improvement. Advice?

Nose cracks constantly, have not blown my nose for 6 years. Head face full of fluid. Have been to 5 ent one did deviated septum, have had trigeminal nerve procedure, and paralyzed vocal chord operation. So far they all say it is not my sinuses. At night nose will crack until side fills up with fluid then over to other side same thing. Collapsed nostril on one side. What should be my next step to get this corrected. Naturopath does manage to clear fluid out with herbs but always comes back.

Hello,
YOu have not written why you had so many procedures done.
For you nasal condition you must take --
normal saline nasal sprays
Neosporin ointment (neomycin/ mupirocin ) for local application in both nostril

They will keep the nose moist and will prevent from drying up and craking.
Do not rub your nose

Get done ENT consultation to get your nose examined and get done CT scan of nose and paranasal sinuses to see there condition and if there is disease medical or surgical management can be done.
