Hi,

Welcome to Healthcaremagic.

Since you say that the urine contains traces of albumin, I would consider a need for the renal health to be ascertained.

Do go for renal function tests which identify any renal pathology which is one of the complication expected in women with underlying conditions like you have.

The selling of the face is one of the typical feature of renal involvement.

Wish you good health
