Constipated. Bleeding While Passing Stools. Blister From Squeezing Ingrown Hair In The Area. Solution?

Hey just wanted to ask..... I m always contispated...and recently when I poo,my bum bleeds a little.... Now my anal hole itches,is it because of the cuts?Or do I have to worry about anal worms? Plus I shave my bikini and I found a spot,I researched and people said it could be a ingrowing hair,and best thing to do is squeeze it....I tried doing that,but hurt to much and now has turned into a blister ,is there anything I can do?many thanks

hi there, the bleeding along with feces could be due to either an anal fissure or due to haemarrhoids or piles in common words. Fissures are quite painful and the itchiness could be one menifestation of it. You should visit your doctor and get diagnosed one way or other, the ingrowing hair could actullly be folliculitis and as it is infected you will need to take a course of antibiotics to take care of it. You should never squeeze a boil or a follicle as it invariablely gets infected and heals with a scar. Take plenty of fluids and high fiber diet and avoid refined and prepackaged food to avoid constipation and it could lead to many more complications besides the one you are facing now . Take care.
